Kevin Bullock, Service Technician

Kevin has been with Pender Water Wells since 2002.  He specializes in water treatment systems and also handles the technical/electronic side of the business.  Kevin served in the US Navy from 1984 to 1994, where his assignments focused on computers and electronics.  He started his civilian career in Southern California at South Coast Water where he specialized in water treatment.  Kevin relocated to Texarkana in 2001.  He has received factory training from Franklin Electric, Water Right, and Flint & Walling.
